Being Physically Active and Mentally Stimulating

In our meeting on July 24, members selected two activities they would commit to for the next month.

  1. They will keep on exercising ( Swim more, Walk in new areas and attend YMCA classes )were action steps.

  2. Try new activities that will stimulate their brain. ( Read more books, try coloring exercises and learn new software skills)
